Once your payment is confirmed, we'll get your order ready right away.
Business Days & Holidays
We process orders Monday through Friday (CST), so your order will be on its way before you know it! Please note that we observe major U.S. postal holidays — including New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day — so orders placed on these days will be processed the next business day.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Shipping Carriers
We ship with trusted carriers including USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services to get your order to you safely. The best carrier for your package is selected based on your location and availability — so you always get the most reliable delivery option!
Shipping Time & Delivery Fees
We'll get started on your order as soon as your payment is confirmed! Most orders to the continental US arrive within 5–11 business days, though delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Once your order is on its way, we'll send you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on it anytime. Please keep in mind that once a package is with the carrier, any delays are unfortunately beyond our control — but we're always happy to help if you have concerns!

Total Estimated Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time. These time frames are estimates and not guarantees.

Order Tracking
After placing your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email right away. Once we've processed your order (usually within 1–2 business days), we'll send you a shipping notification with your tracking details so you can follow your package's journey!
💡 Heads up: It can take up to 3–7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system — so if tracking info isn't showing up yet, don't worry! It just means your parcel hasn't been scanned yet. Updates will appear as soon as it's on the move.

Shipping Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
