Our Story

We're a brand-new startup, born from one simple truth: the bond between people and their pets is one of the purest forms of love there is. We started it because we couldn't stop thinking about it, and we wanted to build something that celebrates that bond from day one.

Every design at FurryDuo is inspired by real moments: wagging tails, late-night cuddles, playful chaos, and unconditional love. We turn those beautiful, funny, and touching everyday experiences into wearable art you can be proud of.

As a print-on-demand brand, every FurryDuo design is produced after your order is placed, rather than pulled from pre-made inventory. We work with U.S.-based print and fulfillment partners, especially print partners based in the Dallas - Texas area, who help print, review, pack, and ship orders after purchase.

Our products are printed on selected blank apparel and lifestyle items from established manufacturers. Blank product origin may vary by item, while printing and fulfillment are completed through our partner network before the order is shipped to you.

How We Operate

Our fulfillment process is built around the Print-on-Demand model, designed to balance creative freedom with efficient, reliable delivery throughout the United States.

1. Design. Every graphic starts in-house, inspired by real pet-and-owner moments — wagging tails, cuddles, chaos, and love.

2. Order Placement. Customers choose their favorite design and place orders through our secure online checkout system.

3. Printing & Quality. Check Once an order is placed, your design is printed on the selected product using quality materials, then reviewed for print accuracy and consistency.

4. Shipping & Delivery. Finished items are packaged and shipped through established carriers serving the United States. Most orders arrive within the time frame stated in our Shipping Policy.

Because every product is made specifically for your order rather than pulled from a warehouse shelf, production may take a little longer than off-the-shelf shopping — a small trade-off for a unique piece made just for you and your pet.

Products are printed and fulfilled through U.S.-based print partners. Blank apparel may be sourced from established apparel manufacturers and may vary by product.

How We Optimize 

To support an efficient made-to-order workflow, FurryDuo also operates with a Vietnam-based branch that supports creative design and order preprocessing.

This structure helps us keep operating costs reasonable while improving turnaround speed and daily productivity. With design and preprocessing handled by our Vietnam branch, and printing and fulfillment completed through our U.S.-based partners, our workflow can stay active for almost 24 hours a day — allowing us to move orders from idea to production more smoothly and serve customers more efficiently.

Customer Support is also operated by team members in both the United States and Vietnam, helping us respond to customer needs more quickly and provide the best support experience possible.

FurryDuo is the online store operated by Phoenix Mobile LLC. Our business and customer service address is 1907 Clover Trail, Richardson, TX 75081.

Because our products are made through a print-on-demand model, orders are not stored or shipped from our business address. After an order is placed, it is sent to our U.S.-based print and fulfillment partners for production, quality review, packing, and shipping. As a result, the fulfillment warehouse or shipping origin shown by carriers may be different from our business address.
